We refinanced and had streamline FHA loan with Trust One Mortagage in August 2010, and we are very happy with it. Our loan agent Jim Murtha is very responsible, he always response promptly, very patiently answered and explained every single question we have before and during the loan process, help us went through the whole process smoothly. He also kept us updated in every status. It only took less a month to have everything done, very fast and efficeincy as they promised to be. Only a little complain is Turst One said it wouldn't need too much paper work to be done, but the truth was we still needed to prepare and provide lots of documents including income proof, tax return, bank statemnets, credit report etc....However, now we got the lower mortgage rate and save some money every month, that's the most important thing to us and we are very happy with the result. Thank Trust One and Jim Murtha.
