while i began by having a problem with a Vizio 26" tv, i was directed to Anna VanGilder at Vizio to assist me following a complaint i submitted to the Better Business Burear. the tv was only 2 years old and no longer had a pictue, but had sound. i was told the same thing as others have shown on this site that it would cost more to ship and repair then the cost of the tv. i received a follow up call to my complaint from anna and she handled my concern with care and provided a resolution that exceeded my expectations. i only wish i had connected with her early on in my quest for resolution. i am now a Vizio fan and will continue to be a customer and recommend their products. thank you anna!! you made a difference
