I had filed an initial complaint about VIZIO Televisions that I had purchased. I had read email threads about their product and the issue I had encountered. Just like with other products some components become defective, and if out of warranty (which you have the option to purchase), you are responsible for the repair.

In all my years dealing companies throughout a lot of different industries, VIZIO went above and beyond to satisfy my issue. They would not let the issue go away, they stayed on top of it, contacted me numerous times daily to make sure I was being taken care of. They give a whole new meaning to the word "customer service". When I first filed my complaint I swore I would never buy another VIZIO, now I swear I would buy nothing else!
